Alexandra built Able from a simple conviction: the way gig work is organised is broken, and it doesn't have to be. She spent years in Fortune 100 transformation — as a VP at BlackRock leading strategy and systems implementation, and as a management consultant at Deloitte — before turning that expertise toward the people who keep the world running shift by shift.
Able applies the same rigour of enterprise systems thinking to a problem that has always been human at its core: matching the right person to the right task, quickly and fairly, without the bureaucracy that makes it harder than it needs to be.
The platform is backed by Innovate UK and works with the Government Connect to Work programme and the Mayor of London. It operates under a simple set of values: Be Good. Be Fair. Be Kind.
