Healthcare Delivery and Partnerships Lead
Able is hiring a Healthcare Delivery and Partnerships Lead from a healthcare background, part-time to start and moving to full-time in the new year, to run the ground game for our stealth credentialing and staffing product: reaching out to potential clients, onboarding organisations and workers, managing contracts and data sharing agreements, supporting users, and turning what customers need into design requirements for the tech team.
This person works closely with our engineering team and CEO, makes deals land and delivers enterprise quality service within heavily regulated settings, using an agile framework.
Looking for a diligent and focused hard worker who is fluent with AI, understands UX and wants to build something groundbreaking, partly funded by an Innovate UK Women in Innovation grant.
Two to five years' experience in healthcare operations, compliance, quality or coordination; runs their own workload, no line reports.

What you will do
The job has five strands. For the first few months, at 20 hours a week, two things come first: the compliance programme - the evidence, record-keeping and internal-audit admin will sit with this role, and working closely with our engineering partner as we onboard organisations onto the platform.
Once full-time, onboarding and issuer work take the most hours, and the sales strand is where you build the market alongside Alexandra.
First three months
- Onboard new clients onto the platform, managing risks and issues.
- Identify target clients and manage coordinated outreach.
- Set up and run the compliance evidence library: policies, data sharing agreements, records, meeting minutes and decisions filed the way the auditors will want to see them
- Complete the Cyber Essentials self-assessment targeted before Christmas, and prepare for Cyber Essentials Plus in the following three months
- Maintain the risk register and change-management log and keep them current
- Run the weekly engineering check-in: agenda, actions, RAID log and Linear kept current, the weekly written report received and read, overdue items chased
- Lead pilot-user support
1. Onboard organisations and their workers, and credential issuers
- Run pilots and go-lives for care agencies/providers, healthcare institutions, NHS trusts and large international employers
- Get each organisation from signed agreement to first verified worker in weeks, and keep a live onboarding tracker per client
- Get care settings to accept the eSkills Passport: 50 by March 2027 is a grant milestone
- Bring international cohorts on in waves and run their monthly checkpoints
2. Sell, with Alexandra/Able advisors in the room for the close
- Build and qualify the pipeline in healthcare: care groups, agencies, banks, trusts, HR-tech partners
- Run discovery calls and pilot proposals; Alexandra leads the commercial close
- Keep HubSpot current
3. Compliance, Contracts and data sharing agreements
- Manage, track and report on operational compliance requirements
- Be the junior internal auditor for ISO 27001, 42001, 9001 and 27701: collect the evidence, keep the records current, minute management reviews, and book the stage one and stage two audits, with our external consultants asking the hard questions and Alexandra writing the policies
- Own the Data Security and Protection Toolkit (DSPT) submission once the credential engine holds NHS data, and keep the NHS DTAC evidence pack ready
- Own every data sharing agreement with issuers (NMC, HCPC, GMC, DBS, ICUDDR and the others on the issuer list) from first draft to signature, and keep them current
- Manage client contracts through their life: pilot terms, go-live, renewals, change requests
- Keep the compliance evidence tidy so ISO 27001, Cyber Essentials Plus and DSPT are supported by what the business actually does
4. Support users and fix what breaks
- First line for workers and hiring managers with a verification, passport or account problem
- Triage, fix what can be fixed, and turn the rest into clear tickets for the tech team
- Use AI tooling to handle the volume
5. Capture requirements and feed the tech team
- Sit in client and issuer conversations, write down what they actually need, and turn it into requirements our engineering partner can build from
- Attend the weekly build check-in; keep the requirements log honest
- Test releases against what the client asked for before they see them
- Manage the engineering partner day to day: weekly report, RAID log, Linear hygiene, release dates and overdue fixes chased, so Alexandra is in the loop without being the loop
Who we are looking for
Someone hungry, who wants to get into the weeds of healthcare staffing, credentialing and compliance.
Essential
- Two+ years in healthcare: a care agency or provider, an NHS bank or trust, a healthcare compliance or quality function, or a health-tech vendor selling into them
- Sales experience, a confident communicator
- Has onboarded organisations or workers before and knows what a DBS check, an NMC PIN, right-to-work evidence and a DSPT submission look like in practice
- Very AI-literate: uses AI tools daily to draft, triage, analyse and automate, and is comfortable building their own workflows with them
- Into compliance: reads a data sharing agreement without flinching and keeps evidence tidy without being asked
- Comfortable on the phone with care home managers, HR directors and registered managers, and able to write clearly to all of them
- Organised enough to run 30+ onboarding threads at once and keep a CRM and a requirements log true
- UK right to work. London preferred, so you can work in person with the team; strong applications from elsewhere in the UK are welcome and the part-time phase can be remote
Sets a candidate apart
- Has worked with technology and can translate a customer conversation into a requirement an engineer can build
- Knows the care sector's regulators and frameworks (CQC, Skills for Care, the Care Certificate, DSPT, DTAC)
- Has run a pilot or implementation in a regulated setting from kick-off to go-live
- Bilingual; Arabic and Spanish ideal.
